Entrepreneurship is a new model emerging from leadership and entrepreneurship. An entrepreneurial leadership is a kind of leadership that can identify and exploit opportunities in an entrepreneurial environment. Entrepreneur leaders understand the specific operational areas in their business. This understanding goes beyond their business to include different situations of varying degrees of complexity. They generate questionable assumptions. They understand the behavior of themselves and others, and thus able to develop their own abilities and their followers. They manage their work priorities and risks and are successful because of their ability to advance innovation. In the present study, eight main approaches to research on the concept of entrepreneurial leadership are being explored, using it as an effective step for development and implementation. And eventually expanding the culture of entrepreneurship in society. Send feedback History Saved Community هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی مدل ها و رویکردهای رهبری کارآفرینانه در فرآیند کسب و کار می باشد.امروزه نقش نوآوری در توسعه اجتماعی و اقتصادی جوامع غیر قابل انکار است، در این راستا رهبری کارآفرینانه با ارتقای نگرش مثبت کارکنان در این زمینه و بهبود پتانسیل کسب و کار درجامعه اهمیت به سزایی دارد.رهبری کارآفرینانه پارادایم جدیدی است که از حوزه رهبری و کارآفرینی ظهور کرده است.رهبری کارآفرینانه نوعی از رهبری است که توانایی شناسایی و بهره‌برداری از فرصت‌های موجود در محیط کارآفرینی را دارد. رهبران کارآفرین حوزه‌های عملیاتی ویژه در کسب و کار خود را درک می‌کنند. این درک فراتر از کسب و کار آنها می‌رود تا شامل موقعیت‌های مختلف با درجات متفاوت پیچیدگی شود. آنها ایده و فرضیات پرسشی تولید می‌کنند. این افراد رفتار خود و دیگران را درک می‌کنند، و از این رو قادر به توسعه توانایی‌های خود و افراد پیرو خود هستند. آنها کار خود را اولویت‌بندی و خطرات را مدیریت می‌کنند و به دلیل توانایی آنها در پیشبرد نوآوری موفق هستند.. در پژوهش حاضر هشت رویکرد اصلی برای تحقیق در مورد مفهوم رهبری کارآفرینانه بررسی می شود تا با بهره گیری از آن، گامی موثر جهت توسعه واجرایی کردن آن و نهایتأ گسترش فرهنگ کارآفرینی درجامعه برداشته شود. /downloadfilepdf/1892418
