This research was applied and correlational. The statistical population of this study was 300 employees of the Research Center for Agriculture and Natural Resources of Isfahan Province. The statistical sample was obtained using the Morgan table of 169 people. The data collection tool was a questionnaire. Validity of the questionnaires was verified by experts and their reliability was confirmed by Cronbach\'s alpha coefficient for the cultural intelligence questionnaire 0.81 and for the knowledge sharing questionnaire 0.779. In this research, statistical analysis was performed in descriptive and inferential sections. In the descriptive section, the mean and standard deviations were used and in the inferential part, the Pearson correlation method and multivariate regression analysis using stepwise method were used. The results of the research showed that there was a significant relationship between the level of knowledge sharing and cultural intelligence among the staff (p = 0.003). From the dimensions of cultural intelligence, only the cultural-cognitive intelligence variable with regression coefficient was 230/0 entered into the regression equation. هدف این پژوهش بررسی میزان اشتراک گذاری دانش بر اساس هوش فرهنگی در بین کارکنان بود. این پژوهش، کاربردی و از نوع همبستگی بوده و جامعه آماری آن را کلیه کارکنان مرکز تحقیقات و آموزش کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی استان اصفهان به تعداد 300 نفر تشکیل دادند. نمونه آماری با استفاده از جدول مورگان برابر با 169 نفر به دست آمد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه بود. روایی پرسشنامه ها به صورت محتوایی توسط متخصصین تایید شد و پایایی آن ها به کمک ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای پرسشنامه هوش فرهنگی 81/0 و برای پرسشنامه اشتراک دانش 797/0 تایید گردید. در این تحقیق تجزیه و تحلیل آماری در دو بخش توصیفی و استنباطی انجام گرفت. در بخش توصیفی از شاخص های میانگین و انحراف معیار و در بخش استنباطی از روش همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چند متغیره به روش گام به گام استفاده شد. نتایج حاصل از تحقیق نشان داد، بین میزان اشتراک گذاری دانش و هوش فرهنگی کارکنان، ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد (003/0p=) و از ابعاد هوش فرهنگی، تنها متغیر هوش فرهنگی شناختی با ضریب رگرسیون 230/0 وارد معادله رگرسیون شد. /downloadfilepdf/1967047
