Mazandaran province and the city of Sari have a beautiful and nature. And besides having historical dating, this ancient city has national and international tourism abilities. Due to these strengths, the tourism industry in this city and province is still native and no significant progress has been made. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to develop strategies for attracting cultural tourism in Sari city, considering the recreational and cultural complex of the Park of Sari province. The research method is descriptive-analytic using statistical data. In this research, after reviewing the general theoretical basis of the research, we began the conceptual review of strategic management and the historical course and development of strategic management theories and then analyzed the stages of strategic management. After reviewing the strategic management of tourism and tourism, and finally, by reviewing the Velayat Park of Sari , we find that the construction and establishment of cultural and recreational collections will attract and promote tourism in the region. امروزه گردشگری مفهومی کاملا متفاوت با گذشته پیدا کرده است و در زمینه ‌های مختلفی پا به عرصه پیشرفت گذاشته است. استان مازندران و شهر ساری از طبیعت زیبا و بکری برخوردار بوده و در کنار دارا بودن قدمت تاریخی، این کهن شهر دارای توانمندی ‌های گردشگری در سطح ملی و بین‌المللی می‌باشد. با توجه به این نقاط قوت، صنعت گردشگری در این شهر و استان همچنان نوپا بوده و پیشرفت چشم‌گیری در آن حاصل نشده است. بر این اساس هدف پژوهش حاضر، تدوین استراتژی‌ های جذب توریسم فرهنگی در شهر ساری با توجه به مجموعه تفریحی- فرهنگی بوستان ولایت ساری می‌باشد. روش پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیلی با استفاده از داده ‌های آماری می‌باشد. در این پژوهش پس از بررسی کلیات و مبانی نظری پژوهش از بررسی مفهومی مدیریت استراتژیک و سیر تاریخی و تکوین نظریه‌های مدیریت استراتژیک شروع کرده و سپس به تحلیل مراحل مدیریت استراتژیک پرداخته شده است. پس از بررسی تکمیلی مدیریت استراتژیک به بررسی صنعت گردشگری و توریسم و در انتها با بررسی بوستان ولایت ساری درمی‌یابیم که احداث و برپایی مجموعه‌های فرهنگی و تفریحی موجب جذب و ارتقای توریسم در منطقه می‌شود. /downloadfilepdf/488772
