The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between cultural intelligence and communication skills with job satisfaction in nurses of Imam Reza Hospital in Mashhad. Materials and Methods: In this descriptive-correlational study, 337 nurses with at least 1 year and maximum 25 years of work experience were randomly selected from burn and surgical and emergency wards, CCU, ICU, women, neonates and medical staff. Participants were used to collect data from the cultural intelligence and communication skills questionnaire and job satisfaction questionnaire. Validity of the questionnaires was verified through content validity and apparentness and reliability using Cronbach\\\'s alpha. Pearson correlation, multiple regression and one way ANOVA were used to analyze the data using SPSS 16 software. Results: There was a significant correlation between cultural intelligence and job satisfaction of nurses with a correlation coefficient of 0.99. However, there was a significant negative correlation between communication skills with nurses\\\' job satisfaction at 95% confidence level. That is, their relationship is rejected and can not be verified. هدف: هوش فرهنگی عامل مهمی در عملکرد و تعامل مؤثر در داخل ودر میان محیطهای درمانی است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه هوش فرهنگی و مهارتهای ارتباطی با رضایت شغلی در پرستاران بیمارستان امام رضا(ع) در مشهد انجام شد. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی- همبستگی می¬باشد که درآن 337 پرستارشاغل، باحداقل 1 سال و حداکثر 25 سال سابقه کاری که به صورت تصادفی از بخشهای سوختگی و جراحی و اورژانس، CCU، ICU، زنان، نوزادان و طبی انتخاب شدند، شرکت داشتند برای جمع آوری داده¬ها از پرسشنامه هوش فرهنگی و مهارتهای ارتباطی و پرسشنامه رضایت شغلی استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامه¬ها از طریق روائی محتوایی و ظاهری و پایایی آنها با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ تائید شد. بمنظور تحلیل داده¬ها از آزمونهای همبستگی پیرسون، رگرسیون چندگانه و تحلیل واریانس یک طرفه بوسیله نرم افزار16 SPSS استفاده شد. در نتیجه تحقیق رابطه همبستگی معناداری بین هوش فرهنگی و رضایت شغلی پرستاران با ضریب همبستگی 99/0 بدست آمد و لیکن بین مهارتهای ارتباطی با رضایت شغلی پرستاران در سطح اطمینان 95 درصد رابطه منفی معناداری وجود دارد. یعنی رابطه آنها ردمی¬شود و قابل تائید نیست. /downloadfilepdf/986195
